15-Day Return Policy

Eligibility & General Conditions

HOLDING INVESTMENTS PTY LIMITED offers a 15-day return period on eligible pre-owned vehicles and machinery, subject to the terms below.

• Refund Amount: Approved returns are eligible for a refund of the purchase price, less any non-refundable costs such as administrative or processing fees, taxes, transport, reconditioning, or similar charges.
• Refund Cap: Any refund is limited to a maximum of 104% of the applicable Hour Meter Wholesale National Average Price on the sale date (where this benchmark applies).
• Who This Applies To: This policy is available to private buyers and licensed dealers in Australia for units located within Australia.

Eligible Vehicles & Machinery

To qualify for return, the unit must meet the requirements outlined below.

• Structural Condition: The unit must not show evidence of structural damage.
• Minimum Purchase Price: The sale price must be at least $1,000 AUD.
• Minimum Weight: Machinery must have a minimum Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 1,000 kg.
• Covered Categories: This policy may apply to a broad range of vehicles and equipment, including:
  • Agricultural and earthmoving equipment
  • Commercial and industrial vehicles
  • Off-road equipment, forklifts, and ATVs
  • Medium- and heavy-duty transport trucks
  • Trailers and transport-related equipment
• “As Is” Sales: Units sold on an “As Is” basis may still be eligible, provided all other conditions are satisfied.

Return Terms & Conditions

Return Window & Usage Limits

The 15-day return window begins on the date the unit is delivered to the purchaser.

Returns will not be accepted if either of the following limits are exceeded:

• More than 20 operating hours, or
• More than 200 kilometres of use.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, the buyer must contact our team within 15 days of delivery. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions once the request is reviewed.

Transport, Receipt & Inspection

Return Transport: Where approved, return transport is arranged through our nominated logistics partners.

Condition on Return: The unit must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered, without unauthorised modifications and without additional damage beyond normal use within the stated limits.

Additional Charges: If inspection identifies abnormal wear, alterations, missing items, or damage, restocking and/or repair costs may be deducted from the refund.

Refund Processing

Once the unit has been received, inspected, and approved for return, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method, less any applicable deductions or charges.

Policy Exclusions

This policy applies to pre-owned vehicles and machinery only. New or unused equipment is not covered unless expressly stated in writing at the time of sale.

Governing Law

This Return Policy is governed by the laws of Australia. Any matters arising in connection with this policy are subject to the applicable Australian jurisdiction.
